李光鹏 教授简介

李光鹏 山东青岛人,博士,教育部长江学者特聘教授。现任内蒙古大学实验动物研究中心主任、生殖生物学及生物技术教育部重点实验室主任、科技部生殖生物学及生物技术国家重点实验室培育基地负责人。1985年7月获山东大学生物系动物学专业理学学士。分别于1990年7月和1998年12月在东北农业大学获得动物解剖与组织胚胎学专业理学硕士和博士学位。1998年12月至 2000年7月在中国科学院动物研究所计划生育国家重点实验室作博士后研究、副研究员。自2000年7月至2001年6月,在美国科罗拉多州立大学动物繁殖与生物工程实验室访问学者。2001年7月至2007年10月任犹他州立大学动物、乳品和兽医科学系研究助理教授。于2007年5月以教育部长江学者特聘教授受聘于内蒙古大学实验动物研究中心。

  从事专业:动物生殖生物学、哺乳动物胚胎工程学。
  擅长研究领域:哺乳动物卵子发生、减数分裂、动物胚胎克隆与体细胞克隆、动物转基因技术与生产等。
  获国家级奖励:《哺乳动物有性与无性生殖的实验胚胎学研究》获得 2005 度 国家自然科学奖二等奖(排名第三)。
  主要学术贡献:
1) 在哺乳动物卵母细胞工程操作方面取得突破性成绩,首次证实初级与次级卵母细胞纺锤体的互换移植的可行性,获得国际首例初级、次级卵母细胞纺锤体互换的哺乳动物,为人类临床高龄妇女的生殖问题提供重要动物模型
2) 在哺乳动物克隆与转基因克隆研究方面取得显著成就。国际首例克隆骡子的创制者;成功克隆了牛、绵羊、山羊、猪、兔、小鼠,获得了转基因克隆奶牛、肉牛、绵羊等;牛羊克隆技术已经实现了产业应用
3)在哺乳动物异种克隆方面,如在大熊猫、藏羚羊、普氏原羚、猪-鼠等异种克隆机理研究方面做了较好的探索。
